Green Street Properties is an Atlanta-based land development and green consulting company, founded in 2001 and operating since 2008 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jamestown. The company’s team members have nearly 50 years of combined experience in real estate development and environmental leadership, developing nationally-recognized sustainable projects including Glenwood Park and Post Riverside, and founding the Southface Sustainable Atlanta Roundtable and the Atlanta chapter of the U.S. Green Building Council.
