Gilbert | McLaughlin | Casella Architects, located in Nashville, Tennessee, is a Professional Limited Liability Company established by Steve Gilbert and Kent McLaughlin in 1996. Jeff Casella, who became the firm's first employee, joined Steve and Kent as the third principal in 2006. All embrace and pursue a common goal to provide the highest level of quality for all aspects of design and client service. The three principals are dedicated to ongoing personal involvement in the process required to create and construct architecture. Their experience in all phases of architectural design, as well as master planning, site evaluation and programming, provide the consistency required to create comprehensive and economically rewarding sustainable solutions.
