Inside Out Coaching The vision of Inside Out Coaching is to unlock the potential of people, leaders and teams, so they can move from the current to a desired situation. We offer a broad range of coaching types: from life to executive coaching, from individual to team coaching, from outdoor to high impact coaching. Our experienced and certified team employ innovative and effective tools and methodologies like Lego Serious Play, Firewalking, TDA (Team Diagnostic Assessment), among others. Inside Out Mindfulness The vision of Inside Out Mindfulness is to make meditation accessible and relevant to everyone. We give customized workshops in companies and organize diverse types of courses for open groups. Among others, we facilitate the MBSR mind-training program (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts. Inside Out Yoga The vision of Inside Out Yoga is to promote health, wellbeing, greater balance and inner peace by introducing a proper alignment of the body and mind. We offer customized yoga programs in companies to prevent burnout and physical ailments and organize yoga retreats in various formats for beginner and intermediate levels. All our yoga instructors are experienced and certified.
