Moreton Bay Regional Council formed Millovate Pty Ltd in 2020 as a wholly-owned commercial entity, with an Independent Board of Directors. Millovate is responsible for the planning, delivery and activation of The Mill at Moreton Bay, which comprises 65 hectares of developable land surrounded by 110 hectares of high value koala habitat. Our Mission is to create a place that enables our community and businesses to thrive and grow. Millovate is seeking interest from private investors help shape the future of the project. Involvement of high value-adding industries, exports, and innovation is sought to help transform the site into South East Queensland’s landmark destination.
