The Urban Lime Growth Fund is a highly specialised Real Estate, Investment, and Development Fund reinventing and repurposing underperforming and under-appreciated buildings and precincts across South Africa. We were conceptualised in 2021 to rise to the challenge and capitalise on the opportunities that the COVID and post-COVID environments present. Our fund comprises a national portfolio of real estate which will leverage the founding partner’s specialised and unique skill in Urban Regeneration, achieve exceptional returns, and positively impact inner-city areas within South Africa.
