We are a small privately held real estate company that specializes in updating and renting single family homes and duplexes in the West Plaza, Brookside and Waldo areas of Kansas City, MO. Our latest project is a Net Zero duplex built from the ground up. With ground source heat pump, LED lighting and solar panels on the roof we want to bring new construction to the neighborhood that still looks like it has a connection to the neighborhood and addresses our vision to be good stewards of our environment.
