Spirit of the Owl Healing Arts offers an alternative approach to healing through Shamanic practices and Reiki. Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique for stress reduction, relaxation and which also promotes healing. Shamanic energy healing is Spirit guided and helps one reach into their shadows and bring issues to light for transformation and healing. We begin to heal when we state our intention and take action. We clear away heavy energy, add light to our energy field and remember our healed state. Techniques used may include soul retrieval, tracking and releasing heavy energy, removal of intrusive energies, balancing of energy centers (Chakras), energy cord cutting, and power animal retrieval. Healing on the energetic level will help you connect to your own power and free you to live the life you choose. When we heal on the energetic level, we erase karmic imprints, old stories and wounds. Sacred, safe space is created to allow an individual to release and heal those things that no longer serve them or the greater good.
