FSP is dedicated to expanding athletic potential. We pride ourselves in bringing great energy and attention to detail with each client. In 2012, FSP planted it's roots in Bellevue, Washington. Athletes from various sport backgrounds, age and skill levels have had the opportunity to improve speed, agility, mobility, flexibility and energy systems, while reducing the risk of sports-related injuries. Our proven training, elite curriculum and professional equipment allow children 8-17 and active adults the opportunity to train like the pros.
