The RHP was formed to be able to address a need within Springfield’s growing ex-offender population. The idea of being able to connect our clients to positive employment that gives them a real opportunity for a second chance. We also partner with our clients to be able to offer services to assist them in all other areas of their development. From resumes, to role playing interviews, to job skill coaching, and even counseling. We are here to advocate for our clients to be able to have bright new future. Hope!
