Downey Community Health Center is a 198-bed skilled nursing facility for those who need short-term care, rehabilitation, or skilled nursing. We have been serving the Downey community since 1980 and offer a wide range of therapeutic and rehabilitative programs that enhance the quality of our residents' lives. Our daily goal is to help our residents lead happy, fulfilling lives, and give them a comfortable place to call home!
