As the construction manager and owner’s representative, we manage and oversee all aspects of the construction project while representing the owner’s best interests. We advise owners and act on their behalf, ensuring the successful delivery of the project. We accomplish this through teamwork, problem-solving, careful planning, and cooperation. The Cooperative was built from the ground up by a group of construction and real estate professionals with over 80 years of experience. With backgrounds as construction managers and commercial builders, The Cooperative’s leadership understands and mitigates the inefficiencies created when a development team is not managed for complete success from day one. Our extensive leadership and advisory board consists of Construction Managers, Builders, Architects, Engineers, Developers, Change Makers, and Business Icons which allows us to find solutions for any problem.
