River City Design Group, LLC is a full service Architectural Design Firm licensed by the State of Illinois to perform Architectural and Engineering Services. Our goal is to understand the client’s needs in order to satisfy all project requirements through a unique process which utilizes the specific expertise of the owner, design professionals, and members of the construction industry to achieve the original vision. We believe in a strategic approach to better building through integral involvement of the Design Team throughout all phases of the design and construction processes. We take advantage of our in-house resources of estimators, project managers, and architects to maintain the affordability, the constructability, and the functionality of the project in an approach we call Pre-Construction Services. We work exclusively in a Design/Build capacity and offer the benefit to our clients of fast-track project execution with condensed schedules and reduced costs. This is possible through our Partnering approach which involves the development of relationships with our clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to establish upfront project goals to ensure a successful end result for all parties.
