Morele.net is one of the first internet shops in Poland (established in 2004) strongly operating in electronic sector. By keeping few principles which were VIP costumer service, easy and clear e-commerce website, costumer friendly staff and service and consistent penetration of off-line shoping (in 2009 we manage to open 15 shops where customers can buy and receive product bought by internet in biggest cities in Poland) we assert explosive-dynamic growth - in years 2006-2009 it was 400% by year. In 2011 we noted 28 mln euro revenue which placed us on first place in stricte internet shops in Poland. In our sector (computer shops) we placed on second place, overtooked slightly by big stationary company. By arousing trust of safe shopping in internet we were able to retain higher growth than our market (in 2011 internet sale growth by 17% - our shop about 70%), gather thousands of positive opinions on independent opinions portals, got many important awards (Best Internet Shop, Best Computer Shop, Best Costumer Service and others) and create great customers community loyal to mark of Morele.net. That is our biggest capital.
