Wellspring CPE is a NASBA certified entity which provides CPE to CPA's. Wellspring was founded by Boz Bostrom and Mary Jepperson. Boz and Mary are CPA’s who have been practicing accounting for a combined 55 years. They both began their careers in public accounting, Mary rising to the level of audit partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Boz rising to the level of international tax senior manager at Deloitte and Touche. They both left public accounting and are now tenured faculty members at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John’s University. In addition to their responsibilities as faculty members, Mary and Boz maintain consulting businesses. They have jointly instructed on ethics in an Accounting Capstone course they co-developed. Boz and Mary are uniquely able to stay abreast of updates in accounting rules due to their different interests. Boz focuses more on taxation and finance, whereas Mary focuses more on financial accounting issues, auditing, government accounting, and fraud.
