A Technical & Practical Learning Club(ATPLC) is a practical Learning Club that is initiated to enhance practical learning among the students. We are from Bihar and we found that engineering students, especially Bihar, have good theoretical knowledge but they lack proper practical knowledge. So, we started this club to make these students learn the practical implementation of theoretical knowledge.
