Greycoat Law is a boutique legal practice and regulatory consultancy. We working with medium to large organisations and high net worth individuals, providing legal services, regulatory consultancy, SMT directorship and corporate training. We specialise in education, employment, company/commercial and regulatory law. Based in London, we work nationally and internationally. We manage all aspects of potentially problematic situations, including: - setting up internal systems to prevent lawsuits and complaints - risk management advice - guiding Board decisions - negotiating pre-litigation settlements. Once a case reaches Court or tribunal, our dual capacity barristers deal with the administration and litigation aspects of the case (work typically done by a solicitor). We also appoint 2 experts from our barrister team to most of the cases we accept in order to ensure continuity of service and the ability to approach each case from different angles. Our barristers all have over 20 years' experience and must have 'real world' career experience outside of the legal field. We do not use junior lawyers on any of our cases. We have a talented administrative team and assistant paralegals, all of whom work on the administrative or research aspects of cases, but for whom we do not charge. As we recruit our non-lawyers from the commercial service sector, the customer care that we provide is second to none. We are known for being independent, providing an exceptional service and saving clients a considerable amount in fees. This because our input is precise, focussed and extremely effective in preventing matters from escalating or continuing. Many clients come to us having experienced poor service elsewhere. We pride ourselves on the fact that our clients usually seek us out and that we operate a waiting list.
