Interim manager with competence about and experience from: - Extensive personnel responsibility of both coworkers and managers. - Various management levels – Functional Head, Unit/Area Head and Team Manager. - Management work and Management team for 15 years. - Financial sector with specialization in Asset Management but also Bank and Insurance. - Process & functional areas such as Investment Management (front office), risk control/analysis (middle office), operations (back office), products, data, and IT. - Operates in data- and process-oriented organizations regardless of industry belonging. - Change work including staff, processes, and systems. Consultant in projects, investigations, and changes for predominantly: - Financial processes, data flows, systems, risk management, products including strategy and life cycle management. To be applied in a wide area of business regardless of industry belonging. - Development of organization from vision & strategy to impact on roles, responsibilities, and employees - Change and development of cooperation’s within or between organizations/teams.
