Founded in 2000, Corwin Health Physics is committed to providing quality medical health physics services to local medical facilities at local rates, with a strong emphasis on superior customer service and communication. Corwin Health Physics strives to differentiate itself in this area by taking time to talk with personnel at medical facilities, explain the procedures, and provide prompt consulting services when needed. With more than 15 years of experience in the field, Corwin Health Physics has developed strong working relationships with a growing number of medical facilities in the Pacific Northwest. Located centrally between Seattle and Portland, Corwin Health Physics is able to provide services to local facilities in a timely fashion at reasonable rates. Medical physics services provided include annual evaluations of x‐ray, CT, MRI, and mammography equipment in accordance with regulations specified by the state departments of health in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Hawaii, and Alaska; The American College of Radiology (ACR); and the Joint Commission for the Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Corwin Health Physics also provides nuclear medicine services, shielding designs, and other related consulting services.
