The CCIV promotes economic, entrepreneurial, and business opportunities between Italy and Vietnam, with the aim to foster Italian investments in Vietnam. The Chamber was founded in 1996. In 2000, it was recognised by the Ministry of International Trade in Rome (D.M. 15.2.2000, n.96) and it is registered in the list of Chambers of Commerce by Unioncamere. The Chamber cooperates with Vietnamese and Italian institutions and it supports the development of bilateral relations. It promotes conferences, seminars, exhibitions, and national and international events.
