My Real Estate Company will develop a dependable lead generation system through lenders, banks, servicing companies, asset managers, hedge funds, investors on the REO/Short sale side. My Real Estate Company will also create a lead system for buyers through small businesses, professionals, non-profit organizations, chambers, large corporate procurement departments, seminars and governmental agencies. Being a part of the My Capital Access platform and its only approved Real Estate firm, we will benefit from its small business network and marketing efforts. Our primary business strategy is to increase sales volume by offering competitive commissions rates to agents, offering different tools and knowledge to brokerages that are not readily available all over the nation. We are currently licensed or authorized to do business in the State of Florida, with about 12 states in the process.
