Roger Duarte established My Ceviche in March 2011, with the objective of being the premier fast-casual purveyor of fresh seafood in the form of ceviches, tacos, burritos, salads, and more. Our core values prioritize the growth of our team and the success of our brand by allowing creativity, positive energy, accountability, and drive to succeed. With a highly structured career growth path and in-house training and professional development, our crew members find a long-term career in our restaurants. 

Our second concept, Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen, opened in March 2016 and like My Ceviche, serves high-quality, affordable food in a modern fast-casual setting. Our kitchen is fully by-scratch, meaning every one of our products are cooked and made by scratch by our team; from our dips and toppings to our protein! Zuuk Mediterranean Kitchen also allows crew members internal growth and rewards their members for being a top-performer. 

 Our final concept, El Tropico Cuban Kitchen was founded in 2019 and offers authentic Cuban dishes, prepared with sabor y amor. Our Tropico Cuban team also has the opportunity for growth and is encouraged to succeed and strive for more responsibilities with great reward.
