UFSC is a non-profit organization created to uplift and educate minority communities located in LMI areas. Our mission is to be the preeminent resource organization in the financial services industry that provides professional development programs, supports educational advancement and promotes economic empowerment for its members and minority communities at large. We fulfill our mission by: -Encouraging the full participation of our members; -Supporting involvement in community development activities; -Providing financial education to the public, with a specific emphasis on women and minorities; -Serving as an educational and networking resource for minorities who are currently employed and/or seeking a career in the financial services industry; -Promoting opportunities for members and being an advocate for diversity in the financial services industry; and -Facilitating the goals and objectives as determined by the members.
