We are a Company registered under Registrar of Companies, Delhi (Ministry of Corporate Affairs/ Government of India) pursuant to sub-section (2) of Section 7 of the companies act, 2013 and rule 8 of the companies (incorporation) rules, 2014. Our Mission: To create a community-centric self-sustainable health care services network. Our Vision: To create community participative and partnership model for improving access & delivery of health care services according to local needs. Our Core Values: CHM & all its partners will be working towards the goal demonstrating the following key values- • Humility- (noun) the quality of having a modest or low view of one’s importance • Empathy- (noun) the ability to understand and share the feelings of another • Assurance- (noun) confidence or certainty in one’s own abilities • Loyalty- (noun) a strong feeling of support or allegiance • Teamwork- (noun) the combined action of a group, especially when effective and efficient • Harmony- (noun) the state of being in agreement or concord The Quality Statement: We are committed to stakeholders of healthcare ecosystem for forming a network with proactive participation and partnering with them for continual improvement of access to quality health care services which are designed according to local needs & resources including financial buying capabilities of the end consumers or payer mechanism. Our sole aim is to make healthcare more accessible, affordable and accountable by using technology and applying financial inclusion system principles for creating win-win balance situation for all stakeholders (Consumers, Care Providers, Payers & Regulators).
