An equity design firm, we work with companies & organizations to help their workplaces be more equitable and to support the design of their products & services to be more inclusive and relevant to customer need. "Graffiti" is contextual, based on the location, the culture, the artist's lens into the world - here it represents the uniqueness we all bring to an organization. "Versal" comes from Universal, and represents the fact that an organization can both honor the uniqueness of its people while uniting folks with collectively designed universal values.
