Property Point’s Incubation Programme was initiated as part of Growthpoint Properties’ enterprise development programme. The two year programme offers development services to (51% black owned) enterprises in the property sector who have been in operation for at least 2 years. Our programme focuses on businesses who provide either of the following services: construction, cleaning, electrical, plumbing, security, air conditioning, landscaping, waste management, fire services or pest control. The development services include a complete assessment of your business and its challenges, a customised map to address these challenges, developmental training (which ranges from accounting training, legal advice, health & safety training etc), business coaching, media exposure and business linkages. Our service offering, however, does not include funding in any form. We do not provide grants, financial assistance or office space and we do not guarantee business opportunities with any corporate or government institutions. The programme is currently running in Johannesburg, Cape Town and Kwa-Zulu Natal.
