Welcome to the Iwo Jima (LHD7) Division of the United States Naval Sea Cadet Corps (NSCC) based in Palm Beach County Florida at the Palm Beach Maritime Academy, Lantana, FL. The NSCC is for American youth ages 10-17 who have a desire to learn about the Navy, Marine Corps, Coast Guard and Merchant Marine. The objectives of the Sea Cadet program are to introduce youth to naval life in a hands-on, real-world environment, to develop in them a sense of pride, patriotism, courage, and self-reliance, and to maintain an environment free of drugs and gangs and focuses on the Navy Core Values of Honor, Courage and Commitment. Our unit is always looking for former and retired service members from all branches to volunteer their experience with our cadets. Whether you are Navy, Coast Guard, Marines, Army, Air Force or Merchant Marines, we need your expertise.
