The genesis behind Muskoka Surfboard Company is to bring back simple, retro California inspired "fun" to cottage country water sports. I like surfing and in California, I was able to team up with a surfboard company to design a small wave surfboard that can be towed behind almost any boat - including an aluminum boat! The Muskoka Surfboard is easy to get up on, allows you to do simple turns, tricks and if you get it up on the edge of the wake, experience the "surfing" sensation without the need for a specialized boat or those neighbour destroying super wakes. I grew up on Lake of Bays and some of my best summer memories were of my family getting together with other families for an afternoon of waterskiing and beach barbequing. I'm hoping that the Muskoka Surfboard inspires others to simply have fun at the end of the dock. Hang some ten at the cottage this summer and get a Muskoka Surfboard!
