Bay Region Advisory LLC is a consulting group helping nonprofits sustain the natural and cultural resources of the Chesapeake watershed through capacity building strategies that honor our community's unique diversity. We advise nonprofits and social enterprises on building and strengthening their capacities in the areas of environmental literacy, cultural competency, partnership engagement, organizational development, and funding diversification. Since starting our operations in September of 2016, Bay Region’s staff have begun engaging and working with arts-based, environmental, cultural, and educational organizations within our Bay’s watershed. Our staff has over 16 years of nonprofit leadership, programmatic, and fundraising expertise demonstrating strategic evaluation, design, expansion, and implementation processes which help to advance nonprofit missions.
