Today, our solutions are designed to address the following problems: Financial Inclusion We have developed a mobile banking (USSD) platform to deepen access to basic financial services by farmers and the unbanked; currently estimated at over 50 Million individuals in Nigeria. Access to credit facilities With lending to the agricultural sector at less than 4% of the total lending portfolio of banks and other financial institutions in Nigeria, we provide short-term loans to farmers and predominantly women agro traders at single digit interest rates. Market Access Our online and offline market platforms provide farmers that vital connection to bulk buyers that helps reduce post-harvest losses which currently accounts for a staggering 40% of total food production in Nigeria, and the exploitative tendencies of some middlemen. With over 14,000 farmers currently on our database, we are focused more than ever before, to partner and add value to each farmer and agro trader in Nigeria.
