Principals Shaylyn and Randy meet while attending the University of Missouri-Kansas City during the completion of their Masters of Public Administration degrees. Recognizing each other’s skill sets and tenacious personalities a quick bond was made. The classmates started Dean & Dunn, LLC in 2011 after identifying a gap in the quality of consulting services in the areas of; economic development, public engagement, community planning, non-profit development and property management, coupled with their vast experience and expertise in the respective fields.
