IDE-E is a non-for-profit think and do tank, based in Switzerland and France, aimed to support sustainable options for low carbon, socially inclusive and resilient urban development in low-income countries. We work hand in hand with national and local governments to facilitate energy planning, project design and implementation, financial deal-structuring and investment and impact monitoring at city-levels.
