Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery (StarkMHAR) provides funding to behavioral health organizations working in our community. Stark County Mental Health & Addiction Recovery enriches lives through wellness and recovery by partnering with service provider agencies in the areas of mental health and alcohol or drug addiction prevention, intervention and treatment.
