We do real simple and tasty barbecue, available for all event catering all year round When we say 'Dirty' we mean real get stuck in barbecue food, cooked properly over charcoal or wood. You let us know what you want, we can probably do it. Examples include Texas style brisket, Memphis style pulled pork, baby back and spare pork ribs, beef short ribs, pulled beef, Argentinian style picanha, all sorts of rotisserie meats and steaks, as well as wood fired Neapolitan style pizzas. Sides include potato/sweet potato wedges, mac and cheese, pit beans, US style slaw, selection of salads, and various breads.
