Aspire looks after a property portfolio of around $200,000,000. Of that, roughly half are holiday rentals and half permanent rentals. Of the permanent rentals, Aspire, through its shareholders and associated property trusts, owns roughly 10%. Because we are owners ourselves, we have high expectations of our team to be proactive and to constantly challenge what it means to be experts in this industry. We want to offer our clients the same sort of value-added service we expect for ourselves.
