Amulaire Thermal Technology was established in June, 2011. We have been devoting ourselves to the R&D of cooling for green electronic devices. The adoption of the R&D and powder metallurgy technology in chip cooling from GSA TECHNOLOGY(1998), our former company, has made us an important member of leading international automotive suppliers. Our heat dissipating products for IGBT modules and SiC MOSFET are also applied in various well-known electric and hybrid vehicles.
