In order to do this we welcome conversations: • Commercial and souring agents looking to hit sales targets faster and make more commission. • Architects needing input from a developer to advance development opportunities from their clients either through a straight sale or equity injection. • Planning Consultants and Solicitors looking to bring in more work who can intro us to clients with opportunities. • Landowners looking to achieve the maximum value from land with development and planning potential either through an outright purchase, promotion, or a Joint Venture structure.
