CICRE® is a systemic process that combines analysis of the individual and or/team member, and discovery of what Analia Yacot calls the ‘sacred and secret’. The starting point of CICRE® is an exploration of the self. Participants learn to be ‘owners’ of their talents. It is only by recognising our strong points and perfectly-imperfect nature, that our talents can flourish. After we do, fruitful collaboration with others flows.
