Brothers Iain & Mark Collins formed Collins Brothers in the early 1990s, to dispose of their family owned timber yard in Hoxton London. They obtained planning for permission for a 65,000ft2 mixed use development comprising of 12 apartments, 27 live work units, 30,000ft2 of office space and a 30 space underground car park. This development went on to win The Evening Standard’s New Homes Award and Best Development Award.
