YogaCare partners with organizations to develop customized, safe, and welcoming programs for staff, clients, patients, and community members of all backgrounds to balance stress, reduce pain and burnout, and manage chronic diseases while fostering and to foster community. Services include: Community Yoga - Classes tailored for adults and families to address the health needs of each organization’s clients and community members Specialized Yoga Group Visits - Programs customized for adults to address particular health conditions with an interdisciplinary team approach, including groups that combine social work and yoga for community members in recovery from substance use and to address mentaland emotional health Self-Care Training – Workshops and worksite wellness training, professional development, and e-learning for integrating mind-body practices into the workday for health care and social service providers. Scholarship Program - Partnering with local yoga teacher training programs to train select YogaCare students to become yoga teachers and empower them to teach in community settings.
