Rel-Tech was founded in Bridgeport, CT by Bill LeBlanc and Ralph Palumbo in 1986. Both managed divisions for larger corporations before establishing Rel-Tech. Since its inception, the firm has increased its staff, hiring personnel with experience in both engineering and contract manufacturing.
