Sport4Health provides free sport and social activities for children and adults from various communities in London. Sport4Health helps people not only to improve their health and to make new friends, but also to keep them off the streets and out of trouble. Participants are involved in the running of the project, which offers them opportunities to volunteer, to peer mentor, and to gain coaching qualifications - activities which enhance their employment prospects. Our commitment is to enable a 'can-do' attitude towards sport and exercise especially amongst minority or marginalised groups. We are committed to providing opportunities to those who may not have traditionally exercised in the past.
