Arizona Preparatory Academy, under the oversight of North Star Charter School, Inc. received its charter in 2001 from the Arizona State Board for Charter Schools. Arizona Preparatory Academy utilizes computer-based technologies to meet the educational needs of an at-risk population of high school students. Arizona Preparatory Academy is nationally accredited with curriculum that is in alignment with Arizona State Academic Standards.
