The Whisler Bearing Company was founded by Charles (Charley) K. Whisler in Rapid City, South Dakota in May 1956. Beginning with his first bearing company in Rapid City and continuing with an additional store in Colorado Springs, Charley created a company which to this day prides itself on providing quality products at reasonable prices, an extensive local inventory and a knowledgeable sales force.
