DTC is a small disadvantage Hispanic owned and operated consultancy firm delivering IT solutions to commercial and Government entities. John Doty, founder and President, has worked in the Oracle sector since 1984. He brings a wealth of technical and operational experience to the table. Kimberly Doty brings decades of Oracle E Business Suite experience and started with Oracle Foundation Product in 1987. Her experience spans the full product cycle from Oracle Foundation, Oracle Applications, and now the Oracle E Business Suite.
