Here at Age UK Solihull, we are a trusted friend to older people, providing information, advice and practical help throughout the Solihull borough. Age UK Solihull is a brand partner to the national Age UK charity, but we are a local charity. All the money we raise for our services stays in the Solihull borough. Our registered charity number is 1055887. Our services include: Information & Advice through the Community Advice Hubs at Solihull Central and Chelmsley Wood libraries; Linking People Together Service; Home Support; Postural Stability Classes, Direct Payments; Benefits and Attendance Allowance Visiting Services; The Solihull Winter Warmth Campaign (delivering energy efficiency advice and crisis intervention to reduce fuel poverty in vulnerable groups); a Digital Champions Project; Linking Veterans Together Project. To help fund our services, we have an active fundraising department - look out for events and activities.
