Previously, Mariah was a Human Resources executive for 25 years in high tech companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mariah has developed and managed several global HR departments and has overseen all aspects of the HR function including Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, Training and Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Wellness.
