Green Illumination Lighting Up Your Life, Home Resource Brightening The World! 偉聖國際有限公司成立於西元1988年，主要經營燈飾產業以100%外銷歐美50多國；董事長陳金錫以他個人從事照明產業長達30年且走訪世界50多國經驗堪稱照明界尖兵，並在其擔任台灣照明公會第六屆理事長3年期間，率台灣業界精英親征世界各大國際展覽，穩固台灣燈飾王國美名，直至今日榮任照明公會名譽理事長仍不遺餘力於兩岸照明產業的相互交流以期共創雙贏。 1988年至今董事長除了致力於照明產業發展外，並帶領經營團隊向世界各國不斷拓展業務，從西元1992年在大陸設立浙江省寧波分公司、1995成立廣東省順德分公司提供客戶更多元化產品；更在西元1999年於廣東省東莞清溪鎮成立格聖廠主力於OEM, ODM，歷經十年，因產線持續擴增以及添購新設備需要大型生產基地，於是2006年在廣東中山市火炬開發區電子基地斥資購地自建新廠房(佔地26000平方米)，進而延攬國內外設計人才成立大型研發中心，致力研發綠色光源，LED燈泡及LED燈具朝OBM邁進。 2010年決定將行銷國外多年的自有品牌《Home Resource》引進台灣、大陸，以中文名《虹瑞斯》繼續大力拓展業務版圖，落實行銷全球照亮世界每個角落的經營理念。
