Beacon Hill Holdings began in 1995 when Founder Delaina Hanssen started Beacon Hill Bed & Breakfast on the Seabrook point atop the only hill in Clear Lake (~25ft elevation). This location overlooked the Clear Lake Channel and Kemah Wharf which in time became the Kemah Boardwalk. Beacon Hill grew into another location, a lakefront Bed & Breakfast right on Clear Lake, with exceptional water views and great proximity to area attractions. Beacon Hill's future is looking bright.
