www.final-gaming.comThe beginning: In August 2015 Tim Ostholt, founder and CEO of Final-Gaming took the first step towards what should become a eSport-organization. He started gathering players to establish an eSport-suitable DotA 2 team. An idea becomes reality – a team becomes an organization: Back in these days the later CEO has been player, scout and organizer simultaneously but one thing became absolutely clear: the idea can not become reality in this way. Therefore the project had to be lifted to the next level: Final-Gaming was bound to become more than just a DotA 2 team – it was set to become an eSport-organization. This was the first step, this was what got the ball rolling, this was when an idea took its first shape in reality. Players were found and the first obstacles have been overcome. With the first squad, the first public appearences came, back then under the name of „Project-Final“. The team fought its way up in the joinDota-league and debuted in tournaments. Nevertheless times are changing and so was the roster. People came and went for various reasons but every adaption was a step forward, a step towards becoming a successful eSport organisation. A new year comes with a new Final-Gaming 2016 was under the headline of planning and preparing. The organisation grew in all sectors; the teams, the members and popularity and this rang the bell for the next episode in the history of Final-Gaming. Aims and goals were set, internal and external organisational procedures were discussed, options for optimisation were sounded, a new internal structure was developed, teams for further games were scouted and everything came down to the 19th Jan. 2017 – a new year sees a new Final-Gaming. New Name, New Logo, New Staff, New Structure In 2017 Final-Gaming faced new challanges. These challanges required not only external but also internal change. New staff was aquired for multiple fileds of work and the whole internal structure and communication was overhauled and strengthened – and it payed off. In 2017 Final-Gaming saw its first LAN-appearences, even the first LAN victory on the IFA in Berlin. Consequently new partners were found who are supporting Final-Gaming in multiple ways. What the future holds From this point on, the history of Final-Gaming is yet to be written, but the goal is clear and set: Final-Gaming shall be numbered among the national and international elite of eSports. Final-Gaming shall be seen as guarantor and seal of quality for professionality, good support, success and passion for eSports. With this in mind and with gratefulness for all the support and help, the whole Final-Gaming family, from the players to the general management, look confidently forward to what the future holds, ready to give everything they got in order to master all challanges.
