The European Real Estate Society's Annual Conference is the primary event of the Society. The ERES Annual Conference provides an open forum for the exchange of ideas and the dissemination of research in areas such as real estate finance, economics, appraisal, investment and asset management. The ERES conference is the leading real estate research meeting in Europe and is one of the largest property events worldwide. Following the first conference held in Amsterdam in 1994, the annual conference meetings have taken place in the following European cities.
